Read an interview with the Seekers Notes Developers, where they answered players' questions.

Q: Who or what team originally came up with the concept for the game and what year?
A: Well, in the beginning, it was a small group of, I guess, 10 or 15 highly motivated Mytonians from the city of Yakutsk.
And yeah, it's a wonderful story about how development can work because these extremely talented young people, they had no great experience,
and they came up with the idea of Seekers Notes in 2014 or a bit earlier. And I can certainly say that the game was released in 2015, and they did a great job.
Q: Where do you draw inspiration for your amazing objects, the characters, and the graphics?
First of all, thank you for your kind words and your question.
I personally really enjoy old-fashioned mysterious movies, art, and video games.
Also, I think that Seekers Notes has its own style and concept,
which inspires me as well.
Q: Does the story of Seekers Notes end? I want to find out eventually who is responsible for the darkness in the town.
A: The storyline of the game fluctuates. However, if you are attentive and observant, you will eventually find out who is responsible for the darkness in Darkwood.
Q: Who makes the music in the game? I love it so much. Is it made by real people and instruments, or is it digital?
A: Well, first of all, thanks a lot for your appreciation, and I love the music in our game too. Well, we have a whole sound department that creates all this beautiful, amazing music for Seekers Notes, and I guess that's why the atmosphere in Darkwood is so magical. And yeah, all this music is created by real people with real instruments.
You know, our sound designers, they always record a lot of different real sounds, and then they bring them to the game. By the way, they have their own Instagram account, so you can see for yourself.
Q: How does the artist come up with so many different, interesting, and beautiful locations where the objects either fit in or hide so well?
Well, creating locations and hidden objects is like a game for our team.
It is a whole process of creating, drawing, feedbacking, testing, etc., which requires effort from everyone who is involved. I really enjoy a good challenge and I try to create one for myself with a new location.
Q: I love this game so much and am addicted to playing. How do you come up with the games and new event locations? Maybe there could be a contest for the best ideas for a new location or game. You do a great job of both development and support. Thank you!
A: Thank you for your kind words, we truly appreciate your support! As for the contest—that really is a great idea, thank you!
Creating new events is laborious and fascinating work for the whole Seekers Notes team. I personally enjoy reading players' theories and opinions on the plot in the comments. It is very helpful to determine what are the most interesting plot points.
Q: Can you please tell me what inspires you to create this game? Thanks.
A: Well, a lot of things inspire us. I don't know, anything positive and interesting. Well, personally for me, I guess, inspiration comes from the team, the team and all their unlimited abilities and talent.
It's really something fascinating. And also I would like to say that here at MYTONA we have a wonderful work atmosphere, and it pushes us forward every day, and of course, we always strive to create a unique world to make you guys happy.
Thank you, guys, so much for all your questions and for your constant interest.
It is super exciting to see how our community grows each day.
We also received a lot of feedback and suggestions regarding the technical side of the game.
We read them all, and we will certainly take them into consideration for future updates. And I just wanted to say now: thank you!
Thank you very much for all your messages, and for your feedback.
Thanks for your support, your understanding, and for being with us. We really appreciate it.
