Sometimes the store may not show the new version right away, your device may need extra temporary space during installation, or you might have trouble opening the game after updating. Below are simple, step‑by‑step fixes - save this article, it may come in handy. 👇
❓ Why are there so many updates? I don't want to update.
We release updates to add new events and features, fix bugs, and keep the game stable and secure. Please try to keep the game updated — older versions may not work properly, may not open, or might not connect to events. We know updates can be inconvenient, but they help the game run more smoothly for everyone.
❓ I can't update the game from inside the app.
If the game prompts you to update but the update won’t start, try updating from the app store you used to download the game:
1. Open your app store.
2. Search for Seekers Notes.
3. Open the game page.
4. Press Update if the button is available.
Important: Sometimes the button shows Open instead of Update. If that happens, close the store app, reopen it, and go back to the Seekers Notes page.
❓ I can't find the update
Updates are released in stages and may not appear on every device right away. App stores can also take a little time to show the new version.
Try these steps:
iPhone / iPad (App Store):
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap the account button (👤) or your photo (top right).
3. Pull down to refresh the list.
4. Scroll down to see pending updates. ⬇️
5. Find Seekers Notes in the list and tap Update. 🔁
Android / Google Play
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
3. Tap Manage apps & device.
4. Under Updates available, tap See details.
5. Find Seekers Notes and tap Update.
🔧 If the update still doesn't appear, please try clearing the Google Play cache:
1. Go to Settings — Apps — Google Play Store.
2. Tap Storage — Clear cache.
3. Open the Play Store again and try to update the game.
Amazon / Amazon Appstore:
1. Open the Amazon Appstore.
2. Search for Seekers Notes and open the game page.
3. If an update is available, an Update button will appear — tap it.
🔧 If the Update button is missing, try clearing the Appstore cache:
1. Go to Settings — Apps & notifications — See all apps.
2. Find and tap Amazon Appstore.
3. Tap Storage.
4. Tap Clear storage and Clear cache.
5. Reopen the Appstore and check for updates again.
Windows / Microsoft Store:
1. Open the Microsoft Store.
2. Search for Seekers Notes.
3. Open the game page.
4. If an update is available, press Update.
🔧 If the Update button is missing, try clearing the Microsoft Store cache:
1. Close the Microsoft Store if it's open.
2. In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) and look for WSReset in the results.
3. Right-click WSReset and choose Run as administrator. 🖱️
4. Click Yes ✅ if the User Account Control prompt appears.
The new version typically appears the same day the update is released. If it's still not visible by the end of the day, please contact us and we'll look into it.
❓ Why is the update so large? I don't have enough space (Android)
We strive to ensure that both the app and its updates remain compact. However, during updates, Android may require extra temporary storage—sometimes as much as the entire game. Once the update is complete, this temporary space is released. This is why your device might indicate insufficient storage, even if it appears that there should be enough available.
If you have very little free space on your Android, you can try reinstalling the game, but please follow the preparatory steps below first to safeguard your progress.
Important reminder before reinstalling:
1. Write down or save your Support ID (you'll find it in the game settings).
2. Make sure that the game is linked to one of these services: Google Play Games, Google, Facebook, or Apple.
3. Only delete the game if you're confident you can restore your progress.
How to reinstall safely:
1. Reinstall the game from your app store.
2. Complete the tutorial level.
3. Open the Settings within the game.
4. Connect to the account (Google, Facebook, Apple) you previously used to restore your progress.

❓ I can't get into the game after updating.
📶 Check your internet connection. A steady Wi-Fi or mobile signal works best.
🔁 Restart your device. This often clears temporary issues after an update.
🕓 Make sure your device's date and time are set to automatic.

First, try reconnecting:
Open the game, navigate to Settings → Save progress, and reconnect to the Facebook, Google, or Apple account you previously used.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to Support and provide as much information as possible. The more details you share, the quicker we can locate your account. If you can, please include:
- Previous Support ID (preferred)
- In-game nickname
- Your level
- Guild name
- The date you started playing
- The date of your last login
- The last location and/or scene you accessed
- Purchase receipts (if applicable)
If you can't remember your Support ID—that's okay. Any information you can provide will be helpful. Your Support ID is your unique game identifier and can be found in the game settings.
